Kee vah-noo vah-chahr-tah v'oh-tah-noo- kee-dahsh tah mee-kohl ha-ah-meem v'sha-baht kahdsh'cha b'ah'-vah oov'rah'tsohn heen'chahl-tah-noo. Bah-rooch ah-tah ah-doh-nai m'kahdaysh ha-sha baht.

Blessed are you, O Lord our God, ruler of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.

Blessed are you, O Lord our God, Ruler of the universe, who has sanctified us by your commandments and has taken pleaseure in us and in love and favor you have caused us to inherit the holy Sabbath, a memorial of the creation, a day which is the beginning of our holy gatherings and is a memorial of our departure from Egypt. For you have chosen us and sanctified us from all peoples, and in love and in favor, you have caused us to inherit the holy Sabbath. Blessed are you, O Lord, who hallows the Sabbath.

On the eve of Sabbath add:

Bah-rooch ah-tah ad-doh-nai elo-hay-noo meh-lech ha-olom ha-moh-tzi le-chem min ha-ah-rets, ah-mayn.

Blessed are you, O Lord our God, Ruler of the universe, who brings the bread from out of the earth.
